Not to worry, it's most likely being sent from one of our supplier dispatch facilities. Please ensure you check your emails for a separate tracking number which will be issued in due course.
We do not cover all damaged orders as per our terms and conditions. In most cases, this is to be resolved between you and the courier directly, although please get in touch as we can be of assistance to you in order to fast track the process or guide you in the right direction.

During COVID, it has come to our attention that there has been an increase in mishandled orders (arriving dirty/bent/damaged). If you have experienced this, please let us know so that we can take it up with our couriers as soon as possible.
