ATTENTION: REQUIRES A 16" OR BIGGER WHEEL
HOWEVER; If you run a 15x8 -22 or a 15x10 -44 offset these will clear IF you slightly clearance one edge of the caliper (as seen in image below).
If you have wheels with even more neg offset, they may bolt straight on with no clearancing.
The tight dimension (no clearance) is 190mm from centre of hub to proudest point on caliper. So an inner rim diameter of 385mm is ideal.
IMPORTANT - THINGS YOU NEED TO CHECK:
1: REAR HUB FLANGE BOLT CENTRES - These will fit a vast variety of 4wd Toyota vehicles. If you're unsure, you can firstly check your distance between the 2 studs on your backing plate flange. You need a dimension from centre to centre (or over one stud, into another) of 88mm
If required, BBG can 3d print or email you a to scale model to print on paper to check.
2: FOR N70 OWNERS - Mid way through the N70 generation, Toyota has slightly changed the rear axle. In doing so, this gives roughly a 10mm wider offset from the wheel hub to the backing plate flange where the bracket mounts - Due to bigger wheel bearings. Don't stress though, BBG have an adapter that will be supplied to accomodate this change. BUT we need to know if you require this or not.
HOW TO CHECK?
Head around to the inner side of your rear wheel, with a ruler, simply measure from the backing plate to the face that the nut tightens onto.
If you have roughly 17mm, you need to purchase the "standard" option
If you have roughly 26mm, you need to purchase the "offset" option
What about my handbrake?
Ok, so BBG have been working on developing a solid, reliable and affordable kit for a little while now. BBG started with trying to use the ever increasingly hard to obtain Subaru L series calipers with built in handbrake - but just could not get the handbrake to work to a point where they were satisfied (let alone for customers when selling a kit). So in conjunction to developing the rear disc brackets, BBG have also developed a transfer case handbrake kit for quite a few models of Hilux etc now. They are far superior to any conventional individual wheel drum handbrake system and is for sale on the website also.

Also depending on what model car you have you will need a 1" bore master cylinder. An 80 series or 120 Prado series master works in most applications. BBG have been told by others that the rear discs work fine with the factory LN130 Master cylinder - though BBG changed to an 80 series master and booster anyway and the brake pedal feel is a lot better than the factory master and booster. So, this is up to you, but if in doubt its definitely worth upgrading and is quite an easy job.

Should we discover signs of misuse and significant neglect, we reserve the right to decline a refund, exchange, credit or repair.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
PROCESS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns to be posted/freighted back at the buyer's expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@4x4oc.com so that we can commence the exchange process.
