What makes these lights special?

We are the first in Australia to bring you a true 12V Party Light package! During regular camping trips you can use the outer halo function for perfect camp lighting, with the ability to change colours, dim or put on a constant colouring changing mode of your choice (over 200 different combinations).
You also have the ability to use the inner lights on a “spot/flood” mode which are perfect for lighting up a large amount of space, this is particularly good when reversing or on the off chance of working at night!
And then of course when you’re ready to turn up the campsite/party there are a selection of true strobe modes to pick from!
Why you need these?
Unlike other products available on the market that use Halo Strobes, the BD Party Lights have a True Strobe feature which Strobe/Flash the Inner Light, paired with a bluetooth controlled SRGB halo light! 
The BD Party Lights come with everything you need; a complete kit with a custom wiring harness for a set of 4 lights, with 2 Controllers. This package offers a wireless remote.

How the Controller's work:

- Control your Inner Lights with an assortment of Patterns/Modes using our custom Wireless Remote that can be stored on your keyring! There are options for Strobe/Flash shuffling, Reverse (Spotlight) & On/Off Triggers.

- The outer Halo Lights are Bluetooth Controlled via your Smartphone.
You can alter the SRGB Colours, Speed, Brightness & flick through hundreds of different Patterns with this Controller.
- Both controllers can be operated at the same time

Shipping

All orders placed on 4X4OC will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. 

Please note that, once a tracking number has been issued, it is the customer's responsibility to keep up to date with tracking updates.  Any courier issues are to be followed up with the courier/freight company directly by you (customer).  We can assist where possible, however, once the item has been dispatched it is out of our control. 

If you haven't received your order by the ETA, please feel free to email info@4x4oc.com so that we can do our best to follow up on your order with the courier company.

Due to such high demand and shipping delays with AusPost, we have acted proactively and revamped our shipping methods so that your orders are less likely to be delayed.  We now use the following shipping services:

PPS (international orders);
FastTrack; and
CouriersPlease

Some larger orders may be dispatched from the supplier directly where alternative shipping companies are used. This saves on double handling, reduces shipping time and overall reduces our carbon footprint. The courier being used will be stated on the checkout page.

Please note: timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days.  All orders are processed and sent as soon as we can.  The time frame may include delays out of our control.  International orders may even arrive faster than the 10 days minimum depending on the current climate and demand.

Returns & Refunds

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns to be posted/freighted back at the buyer's expense.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@4x4oc.com and send your item to: 4X4OC, Suite 6, 828 High Street, Kew East VIC 3102, Australia. 

Please note if the incorrect part/s were sent out to you, we can only exchange for the correct parts if the incorrect items are unused and in original condition.
