Chassis ProTech is a GAME CHANGING under body protection system to help slow down the effects of rust and wash away unwanted dirt, sand and road grime!

Chassis ProTech is a unique one of a kind Australian made, manufactured and designed unit was designed after years of experience working on four wheel drives, caravans and boat trailers.

Chassis rails and A-frames of these vehicles are extremely hard to clean out and this can be a very messy and dirty job. You inevitably end up wet and dirty lying on your back on the ground in your driveway.

Chassis ProTech has been developed for all four-wheel-drivers that access the beaches, fire trails, unsealed roads, mud tracks and more.

No matter what when using the garden hose or applicator to try and replicate this you never manage to reach the top of the chassis rails and hard to get spots.

Chassis ProTech is easy to install within your chassis rail, caravan A-frame or boat trailer chassis. Then it is as simple as plugging in your low-pressure household mains to the fitting, which is attached to the underside of your vehicle as part of the installation process.

The system provides pressure to the high pressure nylon line with micro perforations that produce a 360 degree jet that softens and loosens built-up clay, bull dust, sand and works to cause a flowing motion of water that picks these particles up and releases them out of the chassis rail onto the floor.

The kit includes everything you need for installation except for a power drill. Includes the brass fitting and aluminium bracket, High pressure nylon line with micro perforations, Tube cutter, Tek screws and Tek bit.

That’s what’s great about Chassis ProTech it works in a 360° motion reaching every part of the internal chassis rail.

Unsealed roads can be a particular problem too. There is a high content of clays that over many kilometres build up in your chassis rail. These fine particles of dust build up in your chassis rail and when it gets wet and then dries it becomes like wet concrete acting like a hard sponge. This stays wet for very long periods of time causing moisture to sit in the chassis rail, combine this with salts and it’s a mix for accelerated oxidisation which causes rusting. If this is left for years at a time it will become so hard and wet that it’s near impossible to remove without a lot of elbow grease.

Chassis ProTech can be added to chassis’s that are like this and it’s no quick fix but over a period of use it was slowly break down the hard build up and remove it.

Yes those drive through washes that just push recycled water (ie. salty contaminated water) into your rails and all other underbody components! Our Salt Exterminator™, Sand Assassin™ and the 

Chassis ProTech system will ensure your 4WD is free of all salt, mud, sand and protected from rust every time.



With regard to locating an installation position it really comes down to the installers imagination as to where to put it. Be extremely careful not to drill into fuel tanks, fuel lines, cabling, brake lines etc. In some instances drilling into the chassis rail itself may not be optimal but apart from that there’s at least 5 to 6 different options under every vehicle where you wish to install it.




Identify your preferred mounting position for the bracket. Remember you want easy access.


Push tube into chassis rails. Use shorter tube without red end.


If blockage occurs, twist nylon tube and push gently forward.


Repeat installation on opposite chassis rail using tube with red end.


Feed other end of longer tube through the crossrail to meet other tube.


Tie off in secure position using supplied cable ties


If tube kinks straighten with pliers or this will stop water flow.


Use supplied tube cutters to achieve a clean square cut.


Push tube into grey fitting until it bottoms out.


To remove or relocate push down on grey ring fitting and pull tube out.


Fix bracket to vehicle using fittings supplied.


Connect hose and turn water on at the tap.

Some larger orders may be dispatched from the supplier directly where alternative shipping companies are used. This saves on double handling, reduces shipping time and overall reduces our carbon footprint. The courier being used will be stated on the checkout page and when you receive your tracking details.

Please note: timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days.

All orders are processed and sent as soon as we can. The time frame may include delays out of our control. International orders may even arrive faster than the 10 days minimum depending on the current climate and demand.

By purchasing a product from 4X4OC, your purchase of goods come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. If you buy something that isn't right, you have consumer rights which you can find here.


In line with your consumer guarantee rights, repairs, replacements or refunds do not apply if you received what you asked for but simply:

  • changed your mind;
  • found it cheaper somewhere else;
  • decided you did not like the purchase; or
  • had no use for it.

Should you change your mind within a 14 day timeframe, we will provide you with a refund or store credit.

Please note that, shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns.  You are also responsible for covering the costs to send the product/s back to us.


Minor problems may be repairable, where we may offer a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.  For any major problems, you have the right to request either a refund or new replacement.

Should we not be able to provide a free repair within 28 days, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.


We understand that some products may fail over time due to their purpose/intended use or treatment. 4X4OC will take the following into account prior to offering a replacement or refund:

  • type of product;
  • how you were likely to use the product;
  • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used; and
  • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

Should we discover signs of misuse and significant neglect, we reserve the right to decline a refund, exchange, credit or repair.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns to be posted/freighted back at the buyer's expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at so that we can commence the exchange process.

Please note if the incorrect part/s were sent out to you, we can only exchange for the correct parts if the incorrect items are unused and in original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

Please note, for all items where the "Add to cart" button is replaced with "Pre-Order", this is a pre-order item. A warning box will appear with terms and conditions of the pre-order which states the estimated delivery time.

Please be patient once a pre-order has been made. As the stock is not on hand, we have zero control of the delivery times until we receive the stock.

Pre-ordering is a great way to lock in the hot selling products which generally sell out/are totally sold out once the stock arrives.
