AnswerIt depends on where you are. Once an order is dispatched, it will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. In some cases, orders may even be received within 2-3 days of ordering. Due to the range of products we sell, we do not have a set delivery time across the board. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you are using the Shop App to track your delivery, please understand that this app plays up from time to time. For accurate shipping information, please always refer to your shipping confirmation email and tap on your tracking number.
In some cases, your tracking number will take you to the freight providers website and not directly into your tracking data/information. If this is the case, please copy your tracking number and paste it into the tracking number search on the providers website. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared, unless next day dispatch is clearly stated online. Some orders take a lot more time to prepare than others. Please bare in mind that we wish for your order to arrive safely with no damage, therefore we do not rush this process.
All of our orders are sent from Australia. Depending on the item, most orders are dispatched from Melbourne. For our larger items, we have a fully integrated supply & dispatch system which enables us to send directly from our supplier to you. This reduces double handling as well as our carbon footprint.
In most cases, the courier company is stated at checkout. If the courier company is not stated, it is likely that your order has been quoted based on weight and then the best fit courier company is selected on our supplier/dispatch systems. Don't worry, tracking numbers will always be issued unless "untracked" shipping options have been selected at checkout.
