The factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) on the Colorado RG is a well-known failure point. Over time, residual soot from incomplete burns can clog the system, causing loss of power, increased fuel consumption, and expensive repairs. Our full stainless steel Holden Colorado Exhaust upgrade replaces the entire restrictive system — turbo back — delivering improved flow, a deeper note, and long-term reliability.

DPF Delete Specifications:
- 3' 304-grade stainless steel tubing – 1.5mm wall thickness
- Internally welded turbo dump pipe for maximum flow
- 1/8 NPT EGT port on dump pipe (for gauge or tuning sensor)
- Mandrel bent and TIG welded throughout
- 2-bolt flanges for simple bolt-on install
- Heavy-duty hangers with dual mounting points for added durability
- Includes premium Fire Ring gaskets and bolts

Note: An ECU remap is required when removing the DPF. The sensors are not reinserted into this system and must be deactivated in your tune.
