Important: Read Before Purchasing
These harnesses are specifically designed for our New Era Head Units. While they may also be compatible with other 9" or 10.1" Android screens available on the market, we strongly recommend verifying the pin configuration to ensure compatibility (see figure A). Additionally, if applicable, confirm that your Android head unit includes a lead or input for CANbus power to activate the CANbus module (see figure B).

Shipping & Tracking Information
All orders placed with 4x4 Offroad Centre will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If a mobile number is provided at checkout, you will also receive an SMS notification with tracking details when your order is fulfilled. (Landline numbers will not receive text updates.)
Once tracking is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress. Any courier-related issues should be followed up directly with the freight provider. While we’re happy to assist where possible, please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery timeframe, please email info@4x4oc.com, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Stock is not on hand – we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
