Want to update your Tom Tom map package?
There are 2 ways to update your maps:
1. Naviextras Toolbox (if you wish to update via this option, do not purchase from here, you will pay naviextras directly).
- Download the Naviextras toolbox from the following link: https://winmo.naviextras.com/shop/portal/downloads (compatible for PC only)
- Open the Naviextras toolbox
- Insert the SD card into your computer
- Create your free account via the toolbox
- Click on Shop
- Scroll down to Australia
- Purchase the map update
- Once the purchase has gone through, the maps will update.
2.Send your SD card back to Polaris
- You can package your SD card up and post it back to Polaris at 2/12a Distribution Place, Seven Hills.

Shipping & Tracking Information
All orders placed with 4x4 Offroad Centre will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If a mobile number is provided at checkout, you will also receive an SMS notification with tracking details when your order is fulfilled. (Landline numbers will not receive text updates.)
Once tracking is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress. Any courier-related issues should be followed up directly with the freight provider. While we’re happy to assist where possible, please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery timeframe, please email info@4x4oc.com, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Some larger or bulky items may ship directly from the supplier to:

The courier used will be displayed on your checkout page and in your tracking notifications (email and SMS).

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are based on business days only.
Delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

Pre-Order Information
Items where the “Add to Cart” button is replaced with “Pre-Order” are classified as pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, a warning box will appear outlining the terms and conditions, including the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please keep the following in mind:
Stock is not on hand – we have no control over delivery times until the stock arrives.
Patience is required – pre-ordering secures your item, but fulfilment depends on supplier availability.
High-demand items – pre-orders are the best way to lock in popular products, which often sell out before they even land.
Allow a buffer – please add 2–3 weeks to the provided ETA to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out on in-demand products, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as your order is ready to ship.
